Our Speak-Out Youth Group is a group of youth who have been in foster care, who are in foster care or have experience with adoption. They meet on a bi-monthly basis to connect, talk about permanency and adoption (and other stuff), learn new skills like creative direction, graphic design concepts, leadership, working in a team environment and life skills.
If you're 13 - 24, in care, have experience in care or experience with adoption, we'd love to have you join us. Every member in the group is expected to be respectful, honest, punctual and dedicated. We will be meeting from 12 - 3pm and we will be working on our website and our annual Speak-Out Youth Group newsletter. If you are interested in joining the Speak-Out Youth Group and would like to attend our September meeting fill out an application form here.
